ABOUT ASHLEY'S BABY CARE:


Ashley's Baby Care 

Ashley Weir has a lifetime of early care and education experience.  Her mother is co-owner of Alameda Beaumont Childcare in northeast Portland, and the children and activities of ABC were central to Ashley's own childhood. Ashley began working with babies at  As I Grow when she was fifteen. In the last twelve years, Ashley has worked with several child care programs, including Alameda Beaumont Childcare,  As I Grow, Early Years and Helping Hands Family Daycare and Preschool. Ashley is certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. She holds a Step 7 level with The Oregon Center or Career Development in Childhood Care and Education at PSU.

​Diapers
Cloth diapers will be provided by ABC. A “go home” diaper needs to be provided by parents each day their child is in care. Parents also need to maintain at least one seasonal change of clothing for use at school (infants may need more than one change of clothes).


​Special Needs


ABC welcomes children of any ability and we will do our best to accommodate/make exceptions for children with special needs(temporary or ongoing), including diet requirements.

ABC will work with and make available to families the necessary resources for a screening/assessment if one is necessary.  In Multnomah County young children are eligible for free screenings, screenings and assessments upon request from parents, teachers and physicians. We will communicate directly with a parent in the event that we observe any developmental delays/milestones that are not met and/or that we feel should be brought to a parent’s attention. ABC is willing to collaborate with all health care and related service personnel.



Tuition

Monthly rates are for the hours of 8:00 am through 5:30 pm & include cloth diapers & Kirkland brand formula


5 days per week $1650

4 days per week $1500

3 days per week $1300

2 days per week $1075

Additional extra days may be purchased on a space/staff available basis, payable before service.
